We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Returns

We want you to love your Luna Loots pieces. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must be in original packaging
Sale items and earrings are final sale (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@lunaloots.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different style or size, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to initiate an exchange.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
