Return Window
We accept returns within 21 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Requests made after the 21-day window may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@solunagems.us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable period of time. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@solunagems.us with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
