Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Carrier & Times
We ship all orders via USPS unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes an additional few business days depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. Total delivery time = processing time (2–4 business days) + USPS transit time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum required.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship internationally to Canada only. We do not ship to any other international destinations. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $20 USD per order. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Delivery times for Canadian orders vary based on customs processing and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to USPS, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within a reasonable time after your order was placed, please reach out to us at support@solunagems.us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Luna Loots Accessories is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS marks them as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solunagems.us with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
